7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

DUROSPARE follows a 7-calendar-day standard return and replacement request policy from the date of delivery.

Customers are encouraged to record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package and its contents.

Used, modified, or customer-damaged products are ordinarily ineligible for discretionary returns.
